1. General Information
By placing an order with Bake it Eggless, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all products and services offered by Bake it Eggless unless otherwise stated.
2. Orders
All orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance.
Orders can be placed via email or website and are considered confirmed only once payment has been received.
Custom orders are subject to availability and approval.
3. Payment
Deposit payments are required upfront to confirm your order.
Accepted payment methods include payment through the invoice.
If payment is not received within 7 days of the order confirmation, the order will be cancelled.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled up to 30 days before the scheduled delivery/pick-up date. A cancellation fee may apply.
No refunds will be issued for orders cancelled less than 30 days before the delivery date.
If the quality of the product is not satisfactory, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order to discuss a possible resolution.
6. Allergens & Dietary Restrictions
We take great care in preparing our products, but we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is free of allergens.
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or preferences at the time of ordering.
Bake it Eggless is not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary issues caused by consuming our products.
7. Delivery & Pick-up
Pick-up arrangements can be made upon request at our home location in Bradford.
Our home address is provided for collections, and collections only. If you or any persons are caught trespassing for other purposes, without our knowledge, this will be reported.
Delivery charges may apply depending on location.
Delivery times are approximate. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, but we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
8. Product Quality & Satisfaction
All products are made fresh to order using high-quality ingredients.
We cannot be held responsible for issues related to product handling once the items have been delivered or picked up.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can work toward a resolution.

Pictures and videos will be taken of your order, as well as venues for deliveries.
Please make us aware if you are not comfortable with this.
11. Liability
Bake it Eggless is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss incurred from the consumption of our products.
We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect delivery information or failure to collect an order on time.
12. Privacy
We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
All data collected is used solely for order processing, communication, and delivery purposes.
